Please provide the wording, name, return address, logo, artwork, or message exactly as you would like it printed.

If sending artwork or a logo, please upload it through Etsy Messages after checkout.

Variable Address Orders

Orders using the same return address, business information, logo, or design are included with standard envelope personalization.

If your order includes individual recipient names and addresses on multiple envelopes, additional setup is required. Variable address setup is available for orders containing up to 25 unique recipient addresses.

Projects containing more than 25 unique recipient addresses must be discussed prior to purchase and may require additional setup, customization, or special processing before production can begin.

Please contact us before ordering if your project contains more than 25 different recipient addresses.

Design Assistance

We are happy to create a complimentary layout for your envelope order or adjust a custom design you provide.

Standard personalization and basic layout setup are included with your purchase.

If additional design work, multiple layout concepts, extensive revisions, major design changes, AI-generated artwork requests, or custom design services beyond the original scope of the order are requested, a Design Update Add-On may be required before additional customization can continue.

Any additional order adjustments will always be discussed and approved through Etsy Messages before proceeding.

Production Time

Orders are typically produced within 1–5 business days before shipping.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each envelope order is custom printed, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once production begins.
